Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for exchanges and online credit only.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received and all tags must be attached.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, within 24 hrs of delivery, for assistance.
Photos of the damaged/defective item may be requested.
